An illustration of a couple sitting on the edge of a bed, surrounded by a large cloud of colorful speech bubbles filled with sexual emojisβ€”representing sexual desire, erotic communication, fantasies, and intimacy challenges. The image symbolizes the importance of open sexual communication in relationships and reflects Argyle Therapy Group’s specialized services in sex therapy, couples intimacy counseling, sexual health education, and support for mismatched libido, desire discrepancies, and communication issues around sex. This visual highlights the practice’s commitment to helping individuals and couples improve sexual satisfaction, strengthen emotional connection, and navigate sexual wellness with a trained, inclusive, LGBTQIA+ affirming sex therapist.

Non-Vanilla Couples Therapy

Couples therapy isn’t one-size-fits-all. We assist partners in various dynamics, including those in polyamorous relationships and members of the LGBTQIA community, in exploring and defining what their relationship can be. Our approach to couples therapy supports deeper connection, understanding, and growth, whether addressing postpartum challenges or engaging in sex therapy. Together, we create a path that reflects each couple’s unique values, desires, and bond.

"It's sad that the most glorious of sexual experiences can make us feel guilty, ashamed, embarrassed, and abnormal".
